Introduction: Most people have little knowledge of the operations of municipal governments. This often leads to a misunderstanding of the town councils policy and proceedures by the general public. We down loaded the municipal act for those who wish to gain some insight in the subject. We broke down the act into sections . The fonts and colour were improve to make for easier reading.
The fallowing sections were deleted purposely, except for Part 11. As they appeared a bit dry for the average layman. Should anyone consider that any of them are necessary let us know.
